Our new research group at Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) in Shenzhen, China, is currently in an exciting phase of growth. As a founding member, you will have the opportunity to actively shape the group's research directions, team culture, and capabilities. Open Positions (Year-Round):

• Ph.D. Students (~1 per year) and Master's Students (~2 per year): Applicants with backgrounds in mechanics, materials science, physics, or related disciplines are welcome.
• Postdoc: Applicants should hold a Ph.D. in a relevant field, have published high-quality first-author research papers, and demonstrate strong research capabilities. Independent research ideas and collaborative exploration are encouraged.
• Research Assistants: Applicants should hold a bachelor's or master's degree and will contribute to ongoing research projects and laboratory development. Outstanding candidates may receive recommendations for Ph.D. programs.
• Visiting Students/Scholars, Undergraduate Students, and other interested researchers are also welcome.
